I promise you if we all quit our jobs at once - everyone, eventually the upper-upper class would buckle. Essential social services would continue out of necessity, food availability would could continue out of responsibility, power & electric & heating & air would eventually buckle, suddenly becoming humanitarians, having lost most of their employees as well. I would rather see politicians paying a no-strings, unconditional, GLBI wage to three homeless and/or drug addicted people to help them rebuild their lives than one more police officer to “enforce” the laws.
