Why isn't the left and progressives pushing the envelope like conservatives and going on offense by writing up progressive laws that prevent companies from intentionally and maliciously causing public harm. In the recent Rupert Murdoch/Fox News case, sure, they were made to pay Dominion damages but what about the harm done to the public from the lies being spread. What incentive is there to keep these lies from happening again if they can just pay their way out. #SoftballDemocrats #PublicHarm
