I was reminded over the weekend of #SoftHorizon, one of the more imaginative and powerful #TTRPG systems I've ever encountered.

Written by Brad J. Murray, who seems to have stopped writing right as the system was gaining steam.

The King Machine and Sand Dogs are two of my favorite RPGs and I'm sad the Soft Horizon Handbook (and the community it probably would have inspired) never took off.

In the last couple years, non-violent RPGs have really taken off, and I wish Murray was still writing.
