I created it on the phone but I could not post from the phone because although the Microsoft app on there has a "download" button, and a pop-up to confirm that the download has completed, I cannot find /where/ it downloads them to.

On my Samsung Galaxy S21 FE if I start a draft and, for example, task switch to the browser to grab a link for inclusion in the post it just completely loses the draft post.
