Is this basically an issue of legal governance or of the tools being available? Does such legal governance exist? As I understand it, employee contracts typically say there is no right to privacy, and this is typically enforceable in the UK?

With the known inaccuracy issues of something like #ChatGPT. Why not pair it with another model trained exclusively in fact checking? Then have GPT run what it's generated past it first and revise as needed before displaying to the end user?
