I'm pretty confused to see that the long-announced #SoilHealthLaw has suddenly, on the day of announcement(?), been renamed in Soil Monitoring Law... The name certainly suggests much less potential impact than originally expected. The list of "soil management principles" confirms this impression. This seems to be a huge waste of (digital) paper.
