Each time I level up in #Solasta I feel briefly overpowered. My mage cast Greater Invisibility on my barbarian who then chugged a potion of Haste. My rogue sneak attacked one of the earth elementals to begin a surprise round. My cleric cast Spirit Guardians and occupied the choke point.

My barb ran around in her rage, multi-attacking with advantage. The elementals couldn't see her, vainly charged the Spirits and were picked off by my crew, and AoOs from the barb.

Carnage.

Recently finished #Mistborn #TheFinalEmpire by #BrandonSanderson and started #TheWellOfAscension, continuing my #reread of the series. I have made progress on #Solasta in our 4-person co-op game and recently started playing a 2-person co-op game of #SunHaven. I absolutely love Sun Haven! It is very similar to #StardewValley in terms of mechanics while also including fantasy/magical elements. I was also gifted #TabletopSimulator and am excited to explore playing games using it. #books #gaming

I got Solasta on the Steam sale. Looks like a good tactical RPG and reminiscent of Neverwinter Nights. I hope the custom tools and multiplayer is fun. #gaming #Solasta

I've been having fun for the first couple of hours in Solasta: Crown of the Magister. But I've been dealt a horrible random encounter whilst traveling. My level 3 party are ambushed by Tiger Drakes (see https://solastacrownofthemagister.fandom.com/wiki/Tiger_Drake) which are destroying me whatever I do.

These are CR2 monsters with multiple immunities, fly and are impervious to attacks of opportunity. They have +7 to hit and deal huge damage. Seems unfair to be facing 4 of them. Any tips?

My sister found a Cloak of Arachnida in #Solasta, which allows for wall walking. Sometimes this makes for interesting physics situations.

2/ Interval #GoodThings since the endish of January:

-Started to play #DungeonsAndDragonsOnline more seriously with a close friend and two of our EQ2 friends joined us! So we played on new characters with them and did some of the intro quests/zones together.

-The same friends then invited us to try out #Solasta with them and we have since been enjoying the game. I have been told it is similar to #Divinity (which I never played). This game has so much potential for creativity and I am excited!

Playing through the Lost Valley DLC for #Solasta, and I just got the "Found you at last" achievement for finding Marin Ving. It says 2.4% of players have this achievement.

2.4%?!

Really? Like, that's the main objective when you start the DLC. Why have so few achieved it?

I would love to have a "follow group" or "follow character x" button in #Solasta

So, umm... my rogue was surrounded by 4 fire jesters and 2 fire elementals, and I thought, "How, can I make my rogue invisible? What's this 'disappearing dust' do?"

Absolute worst scenario to use it in, apparently.

It's an area of effect.

Now, my rogue is invisible, but so are all the enemies.

For 5 minutes.

I picked up a copy of #Solasta Crown of the Magister in the current Xbox sale, even though I have it on #GamePass. I could see this disappearing with all the #OGL shenanigans and I don't want to miss out on the chance to play a #5e #DnD campaign (pending confirmation of #BG3 having a console port).

No one's answered this question in two years, but I just stumbled across this cemetery in #Solasta, and the names and dates on the tombstones appear to be for people in the real world. I'm a good 21 hours into the game, and some NPC tells me I should consider adding a cleric to the party, but it turns out, you can't swap party members in the middle of a campaign, so I'd need to start over. WTF? #Solasta

Has anyone noticed a bug in #Solasta where the labels of buttons and other content stop showing up? After quitting the game and starting it a few times, they come back, but it's very annoying. Maybe this is an issue only with the macOS version of the game?

#Solasta (Crown of the Magister) was pretty well done apart from the story. After dragging myself through about half of it, it finally lost me at "you have to unite these warring Orc tribes to progress". Groan. No I don't. I can just stop here 😛
