What is the #cleancode way to handle loging form different points in the application. Apps tend to be littered with logging calls, but that seems to violate all sorts of #solid and #architecture rules. But we still need to be able to log and many different places

Any idea what it would take to hook #Fediverse apps up with #Solid? Imagine all your posts are saved in a Pod and the instance only takes care of their distribution. And ideally, it would also be possible to have an id tied to your WebID and independent of the instance you use. Just vague ideas so far, no idea yet what would be involved and whether it would be possible, but the upside would of course be complete instance independence.

@eevee Having small files, small classes, small methods, small … units, just everywhere, is a very good idea actually. They’re much easier to handle: to create, to understand, to test, to change, to reuse.

Btw. if you were to have trouble dealing with many files, then I’d say a good directory structure and good tools both go a long way.
