Game starts like this:
Moki, a monster kid, suddenly wakes up and realizes he's almost late for school.
This will be a top down story driven RPG where your choices will matter.
I did not get enough time to do as much as I would, so this jam entry can be seen as chapter 1.

End of the week and so I'm done with a new update to Breakout Survivors' Demo.
This week brings a whole new menu that lists all the balls & artifacts and allows to disable them + a new artifact.

this week was more lore and writing work for Xenith Awakening. I also got some basic ideas written down for 4 more enemy types to add to enemy variety.

Finished (aside from some cleanup) with the current usability pass on Marble Game.
Along with objects being able to snap together on "joints", I expanded those to still allow for "roll" rotation (if it makes sense for the connecting parts in question), and I finally finished adapting the player controls and rotation widgets so they work in relative orientation.
Works so smooth, I think I can get rid of that placement grid. No longer needed.

Oggi ho risolto un problemino che avevo con la gestione dello sparo, che per adesso Γ¨ disponibile solo quando il personaggio Γ¨ accovacciato. In pratica non ero in grado di rilevare quando l'animazione dello sparo era terminata, ma era semplicissimo: bastava verificare l'ultimo frame dell'animazione!
Adesso sembra funzionare bene , posso procedere con lo sparo dalla posizione normale π

One of my 2023 goals was to release a demo of my little city builder.
Given that my last commit on the project was July 30th, that seems unlikely.
BUT if I hadn't made that goal, I'd probably have way less done by now. Highly recommend setting goals even if they're hard!
The trick of course is that you have to work backwards from the goal and figure out how to actually get there, rather than just setting the big goal then hoping for the best.
Some progress on equipments and animation, new hit particle and equipment slots.

As you can see I'm a mess with the graphics but that's not the point, this screen is 960x600 in EHB 64 colors, still not compiled but also still missing many features I want to add.
Moving while jumping need some optimization, but collisions with walls seems good.
It runs on WinUAE emulating the #A1200.
