Hello Fediverse members. I would like to introduce myself briefly. Among other things, I experience myself as a father, husband and work as a youth and family counsellor. I studied #systemic #SolutionFocused #counselling and #socioculture, meditate in the #Vipassana tradition since more than 20 years, dedicate myself to topics such as #non-duality, #mindfulness and #emodiment.
