I picked up a #SomaEther "anti-radio" over the holiday. It's more or less a radio without any kind of frequency filtering, so it's just an absolute magnet for all kinds of RF interference. Walking around town hearing all the digital noises and hidden machines behind walls and such.

It brings a little slice of the ol' romanticism I used to enjoy before knowing what things actually are -- a hidden world beyond what we can seeeeee....

It's neat. And incredibly overpriced. But I'm happy, at least. Just wandered around town looking hella sus. :P

Had a lot of fun exploring #electromagnetic sounds earlier this month with the #somaether.

I found it quite interesting that trees pick up radio waves. Next stop will be an industrial area to to some more #EMF #fieldrecordings.
