#SomervilleMA City Council is back from summer break, and had a big agenda of items for their Thursday 26 August meeting. #Somershade1 did his usual wonderful live commentary, but even fewer people can see it because, like many of the #BMX (Bluesky Meta Twitter) platforms, you have to be logged in as a user to view the content in the walled garden.

Honestly, I'm less concerned with whether a candidate or elected shows up here or not, but I know that some city council folk follow, say, #Somershade1's tweet threads of City meetings, and occasionally jump in with feedback.

I haven't been live-tooting meetings here, though some folks have and its been very appreciated (if memory serves, @max_in_somer has done a couple).
