Starting on more pies.
Pic1: the heart of the fillings*. Lots of different types of mushroom, leek, spring onion, sweet potato, bell pepper, rum-soaked fruit, posh bacon.
Pic2: ingredients for the crusts to be. Regular flour, salt, 1 egg, water & loads of butter.
Pic3: the fluid backbone of the filling(s). Butter, flour, 4 egg yolks, milk, cheese, nutmeg & pepper.
*I'm making enough for 3 medium large pies, with enough filling left for 2 dinners (with rice.)
