The developers who own Little Woods and Youngstown Senior Mobile Home Park are threatening closure unless they are allowed to significantly rase the rents (by over 150% in the Youngstown case). This is a huge and unaffordable increase for many. This Youngstown financials show healthy earnings yearly without this massive increase. The highest allowable rent increase rate is 2%.
