Brilliant characterisation and pace, great writing, pure balls too, knows how to use an apple corer to get deep into the human psyche. There is horror around us in all kinds of ways of course, watching people eat their own heads with their rancid delusions and petty hatreds, being one. Our #IrishWomensHistory being another. But sometimes you just need to be taken to new places. 👏
