There are fingerprints on my mirrors!!! 😠
These are our flight mirrors, for the SNIFS Sounding Rocket. We just got these back after coating them, so we took them in to measure them optically.
3 of our 4 mirrors has a fingerprint!!!
You can see a smudge in the middle of this mirror. You can also see the dot pattern on the screen gets denser to the bottom right. That's part of the fingerprint.
