J'ai le son qui varie pendant quelques secondes de plus en plus fréquemment depuis quelques semaines...

J'ai d'abord cru que la du serveur ramait un peu avec les chaleurs... mais je ne vois pas de souci de charge système ou de mémoire saturée...

Donc je me pose la question d'un souci matériel... Carte audio versus caisson du 5.1, telle est la question !

It was St Pauls Carnival yesterday. It was loud, with the unofficial sound systems often drowning out the official ones.

I am glad I wore ear-plugs, but I didn't see many others with them in. I was particularly shocked by one kid (maybe no more than 10 years old) dancing on top of a speaker stack. Their ears must surely be damaged this morning.

Not sure how accurate the Apple Watch is at measuring sound levels in such extreme circumstances.

We're a group of dub activists that has been working hard for many years to get the roots/dub/sound system scene up and running in Denmark. Today is a cornerstone in our struggle with the release of a vinyl double LP with some of the central producers on the scene. It's a high quality vinyl with max 15 mins per side, so it's playable in the dance. And of cause all contributions include dub versions as well.
And yeah you can just buy the digi version if you're not at vinyl type of dude!

The day was just about saved by the quality of the PA system, and maybe by me a little!! My mixing/diplomatic skills were at max.

Beautiful 4 way active system, 1 x 18" folded bass bins, 4 x 10" low mids, and 2482 hi mid horns with 2445 top horns, all JBL. Sometimes an array of 'bullets' on top too.

I used a Shure SM87 on her vocal - good choice, given the 'issues', very even response and good rejection. Soundcraft desks, MOSFET amps - sweet!
