I kid, I kid. But now that I've gotten your attention: does anyone know how the hell to unlock avatars on that game that don't look like Chris Hansen is going to walk out from behind the arcade cabinet and ask me to have a seat over there?

I play at Round1 USA but if crew unlocks are Japan-only I can just put "get SDVX unlocks" on my Japan Trip Bucket List.

I did also play one round of Sound Voltex and, against my better judgment but I still had to know, DDR.

I wore a KN95 the entire time, and DDR was not going to be an exception, so I had to play on a lower difficulty. Verdict: Not ideal, but not impossible. #SoundVoltex #DanceDanceRevolution

Sound Voltex: a game that i would be better at if I didnt have to travel 2 hours to play it
I can't play anything over 12 difficulty right now but I'm trying to memorise how to move from the buttons to the knobs accurately.
(for reference, difficulty ratings go up to 20)
