Have been source indexing the crap out of my Native American lines with dawes roll cards to trail of tears check in points. Found all my sources and WikiTree says my 7th great grandfather is too old @wikitree 😆 whatttttt??? He literally lived to 122 yrs old lol, what can I do to add him??

I'm working on source indexing. Had a few new breakthroughs in the last few days and filling in some holes. Anyone read French? I'm looking for Louis D'Orleans, and Pierre D'Orleans. I am finding some areas get harder to index with language barriers. If I can't find, I'm gonna just go up and down person to person, adding documents via source indexing back to me and up again to see if it magically appears

I have been able to match up my family tree with my Ethnicity report and DNA ancient origin map. My DNA does not show the handful of Native American (latest was my 6th great grandfather and grandmother as last 2 full blooded) their daughter married a white man. And on my Maternal side I found someone that is in African American history and enslaved and his wife was too, daughter born into slavery, but his parents are listed as 🧵
