Tasted a #McDonalds burger in #Sweden known as the #ElMaco (that might be a little offensive) and it was kind of unique. The two sauces were a creamy #sourcream and a #salsa with the consistency of ketchup.

Baked potatoes, Beyond Meat brats and spinach 🥔😋
I found a new way to bake potatoes: wash, rub with oil and salt, bake on the oven rack (no pan or foil) for 1 hr & 45 minutes at 350 degrees (for a med/large russet). They turn out crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside.
I topped the baked potato with #Vegan butter & #kitehill #sourcream and freshly chopped garlic & green onions.

I just used #SourCream to make a tuna salad, and it works great!
It might help that I make a "#spicy" tuna salad, with mustard and #Worcestershire sauce, and sometimes with #RedPepper #flakes and #CelerySeed (not #CelerySalt), like today.
If I add #Tabasco, I don't usually add the red pepper flakes.
