Bread makes me so happy!
Back to my regular weekly sourdough loaves, with 20% whole grain flour.
Our journey continues with adjustments to flour, sequence of combining ingredients and quantities. This time we ended up with a BIG white bread. Tasty! It’s so happy it’s even smiling at you!
