When milling (here rye) your own flour you have to observe the flour temperature. The max range is 40-45C. High temperature will damage the flours baking properties. So stop milling once the temp reaches above 40C. Large quantities will take time with breaks. I put my berries in the freezer to ensure a low starting temperature.
