Here's the stormy southerly front that blasted up through Canterbury while I biked home from work. It eventually caught up to me and hailed on me but I won't hold that against it as it was spectacular and it blew me home.

@JoFountain When I look towards Lincoln, I can see the dark clouds, and hear all the thunder, but the storm has not quite reached Ōtautahi-Christchurch yet. Time to bring in the laundry! 😄

I didn’t mind the rain but the wind obviously required more effort when #cycling into it. Still, good to get out and on the homeward leg the Sun came out although it was still windy. The changeability in the #weather is to be expected in #spring even though recent high pressure may have given the impression that summer had arrived early.
