Es war schön die alten Star Trek Classic Sprecher wieder zu hören. So ganz nebenbei ist das Spiel auch verdammt gut geworden. Which might explain why it looks so ugly in comparison.

Two #Sierra games, four versions of the same background art.
The Nottingham Castle pub in #ConquestsOfTheLongbow has a slightly earlier version appear in a #SpaceQuest 1 VGA Easter egg.
In the SQ1VGA art, the pub door is lower, with a dirt floor visible beyond, and some shadow areas have different colors.
The pub door was likely redrawn to make it taller for Robin's sprite in the published version of COTL.
Both games also had EGA downgrades which translated the VGA graphics very differently!
