This is really coolā¦Adam Savage shows off an original Tik Tok costume from āReturn to Ozā. I attended a screening of the movie hosted by Brian Henson (who supervised a lot of the effects) in NYC years ago and was lucky enough to sit with one of the puppeteers on the film. For many of the attacks, the blob is a silk quilt whose ravioli-sized pockets are filled with a gelatinous food additive. It's pretty great.

Watched the first part of the #1983 #miniseries āVā, about #aliens invading Earth. I LOVED it as a kid and after 39y itās not too bad.
The #writing & #acting are simplistic & very heavy handed but the story maintains interest. The #SpecialFX are almost ābad movieā funny in parts š
It also hits home with our current #political climate, with lies, #propaganda, alienated kids being more susceptible to radicalization, etc.
