Ist auch mein letztes #Specialized - zu teuer für das was man bekommt.

Habe mir die große #cyclite #bikepacking Oberrohrtasche für mein #gravel Rad gekauft. Ist sehr stabil und der Magnet-Verschluss super praktisch.👍
Auf das #cannondale topstone passt es mit den original Bohrungen. Für das #Specialized musste ich bohren da es gegen den Vorbau kam.
Bei dem Preis hätte ich erwartet, das es nicht am anderen Ende des Planeten hergestellt wird. 👎

Replaced my brake lever hoods because they were becoming too loosey goosey. Serious hand work out. I watched some YouTube videos that used hand sanitizer as a lubricant. My local bike shop recommended not to use hand sanitizer, but to immerse the new hoods in hot tap water. Instead of those suggestions, I used my wife's blow dryer. That worked really well. I took part in the second running of Goodness Gravel in Mogo on Saturday. There were three course options and I chose the middle one - 75km with 1600m of ascent.
The course was great - a well-marshalled route through the bush between Mogo and Nelligen. Some tough climbing in there too but with spectacular views.
I took my Specialized Roubaix with set of 32mm Panaracer gravel tyres. I had a pinch-flat puncture and a minor mechanical failure but, considering the terrain, the bike did well.
Riding with friends in a beautiful setting and challenging yourself. A weekend well spent.

1 Jahr und 2100 Km auf dem #Specialized Diverge Sport #Gravel bike. Ich wollte halt im Frühjahr 2022 unbedingt ein Gravel Bike, also so so richtig unbedingt. War halt nix Lieferbar – habe dann viel Geld für ein durchschnittliches Rad hingelegt – Dumm ist wer Dummes tut 🙄 . Nicht falsch verstehen, das ist ein gutes Rad - nur zu einem unguten Preis. Um auf Hobby Niveau durch Matsch zu fahren und für Bikepacking ist es Top.
