No idea if this is a one-off or if there's a quality problem at #Specialized , but if you're planning on getting new gloves, maybe pick a different brand or check the ones you're getting really really well. (I don't usually buy that brand, but that was all the store had in stock in my size, which is frequently hard to find coz I have small hands)
