If I understand it correctly, you are supposed to #mortgage your #house to #speculate on #Bitcoin. 20% of any Bitcoin appreciation goes to your #lender. Plus 7.5% #interest p.a. on the #loan amount. If Bitcoin goes down, you lose 100%. What could go #wrong? #crypto
