#SpeedGunned the southbound #WestSideHighway tonight. At 5:30 the cars were maxing at 10mph in bumper to bumper soul draining traffic. Then later at 6:45, traffic still heavy so no one could easily exceed 50. Most were at 47. One was at 58. I'd like to do it earlier in the week like Monday - Wednesday when the road is more empty and this weekend.

The speed limit is 50mph which is ignored when the road is less congested.
