Utah has become the first state to require parental consent for minors to use social media.
Governor Spencer Cox signed H.B. 311 and S.B. 152 into law today, which require all social media platforms to verify the age of all users, collect parental consent for minors’ usage of said platforms, and prohibits platforms from collecting user data from minors.

As a practicing physician I can say very strongly and emphatically that politicians should stay out of the doctor's exam room.
#RonDeSantis, #TedCruz, #SpencerCox and the others have no business interfering with the doctor-patient relationship. I would not trust any of these politicians with my kids!
