Ich weiß, dieses Jahr hätte eine Förderung durch das #SpielDesJahres gewunken.

My games for July! I probably won’t get another play in today, but if I do it’ll be Under Falling Skies (I’m playing through the campaign again).

I got the SdJ and KsdJ winners to the table, as well as playing runner-up Next Station London this month. I enjoyed all of them but Challengers! is my favourite. Also played my first games of Blood on the Clocktower in Newcastle and that was great fun.

Had a nice time playing Quacks of Quedlinburg tonight and a quick round of Cubirds after. Quacks is a fun Push-Your-Luck game/ deckbuilder where you have to try adding as many ingredients to your potion as you can without exploding. It won Spiel des Jahres in 2018.

My daughters and @babytoolkit and I worked together to solve the first five cases of #JohannesSich's #MicroMacroCrimeCity #BoardGame.

It is really fun and some of the cases are very tricky.

We've also learned that Crime City lives up to its name. Their are dead bodies littering the streets and alley ways and stores like The Poison Shop and The Knife, Handgun, and Arrow Store.
