I of course bought spirits off the shelf to make the infusions. I tried a pecan one with rum & mature pecans too. I'm slow about drinking them. They also need 18-24 months to sit around before they taste good, IMO. #BoozeHounds #spirits #nocino

The amazing rise in U.S. wine imports has been dwarfed by the imports of #spirits. In absolute levels, 2022 spirits imports are worth $12.6b -- compare to $7.3b for wine and $6.7b for beer. The 2005-2022 CAGR for spirits was 6.5%, much higher than for #wine (4.0%) & #beer (4.7%).

I have two options, I guess:
1. Mention the gin, but call Bacardi out and don't pass on details of where to buy it.
2. Drop it from my list and replace it with something else.
