700 years Trump's followers will serve in total, or close to it. I still can't see #Trump ever being sentenced to serious time, like years. If history is any guide, he'll get a plea deal like #SpiroAgnew and disappear into the night. Maybe he'll abscond to the UAE before it comes to that.

Und wo ich gerade dabei bin, möchte ich auch Bag Man empfehlen, den anderen Podcast von Maddow. Der ist zwar schon ein paar Jahre älter, aber ebenso interessant wie aktuell.
Es geht um Spiro Agnew, der Richard Nixons Vizepräsident war. Der Name Bag Man rührt daher, dass Agnew das Schmiergeld gleich taschenweise in seinem Amtssitz im Weißen Haus entgegennahm.
