@derickr We do a lot of work with Abbey Road Studios at #SpitfireAudio. Not visited there yet, but definitely on the todo list! 🙂

I had time to play with some new #VST libraries today - "Epic Choir" and "Epic Strings" from #SpitfireAudio. I've also got the new "Bell Swarm" from #LABS in there, and horns from #BBC #Symphony #Orchestra

It needs a lot more work, but it's a reasonable start and has been great helping me learn #reaper too - let me know what you think and where you'd take it next!

#SpitfireAudio 's #BBCSymphonyOrchestraDiscover is now free, and I tested it earlier this month. I worked the sound a bit, attempted a retro-smooth Ormandy/Philadelphia style.

Cons:
- No legato patches
- No mutes
- No round robin
- Limited dynamics
- One mic pos.

Pros:
- The programming and mic is excellent!
- Instantly decent sound – incredible for 200MB
- Possibly my new favourite tool for sketching out orchestral ideas quickly
