I made a major inroad on the kitchen feralness situation. I may have pushed myself a little into the dreaded Overdo Zone, but the chaos over there was getting on my nerves and I'm glad I got it at least sort-of sorted. Now there's some serious dish-drainer Jenga chaos going on in there, but at least it's all sanitary and the chaos consolidated into just a few piles; that's enough to pacify said nerves so that's enough for me. 🤣

Like legumes - too important to my diet for so many reasons, but amenable to fixes to make them less stressful; and coffee, which is a gut irritant but I'll fight to keep it (plus it does help my messed up liver). 1/?

Spent a mostly-sleepless night but seem to have it back under control at this point, though I sticking to tea and oatmeal till I'm sure things have settled down.
