Interestingly, their business news finished w/ prices for butter... which then switched to a promo mentioning "Ukrainian nazism" 🤡 #sporadicE #WAR #WARINUKRAINE #russiaisaterroriststate

Final logs of the evening: 88.9 RAI Radio 1, normally logged from Sardinia but this time there was just too much going on to guess which of the 28 transmitters it was 😂 Anyway, it was there for just 2 minutes @ 1832-1834z.
There was also UNID playing Beyonce - If I Were A Boy @ 1834-1835z on 88.4 MHz, which closed the ionosphere on FM for me.

In total I've heard 8 countries - and I'm not closing that count yet! Who knows what else is hiding inside these 284 gigabytes 😂 #fmdx #sporadicE

Shortest skip of the day? 69.26 MHz, Svitle Radio Emmanuyil in Chernivtsi🇺🇦, received in Tomaszów Mazowiecki🇵🇱, just 552km away. But that's on OIRT. On CCIR, somebody in Belgium had logged Radio Maria 🇮🇹 on 88.0 MHz from a transmitter exactly 700km away. Now, there are 13 Radio Maria txs on 88.0, so how can you know which one you're hearing?

And then, the next best, unambiguous score is 701 km with 94.2 Jurnal FM in Luduș🇷🇴... which is mine 🙃

Imagine how different areas we received this Sunday morning off the same #sporadicE cloud, from locations just 150-250km away from each other...

Look at maps of Polish #fmdx logs combined, and separate maps of mine, @/WarsawML near Warsaw, and Krzysztof in Tomaszów Mazowiecki, SE of Łódź. My location favoured S direction (ROU, BUL, W part of TUR), whereas the further SW of me others were, the more askew their paths had been, favouring UKR & naZis.

The clue is in how close that cloud was to us.
