CITY OF FREDERICKSBURG, KING GEORGE & SPOTSYLVANIA COUNTY.

THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF CALIFORNIA, DAHLGREN, FREDERICKSBURG, LEXINGTON PARK, AND SPOTSYLVANIA COURTHOUSE.

I'm not sure how to feel about this broadly except that the owners of Gourmeltz don't realize their business isn't big enough to just ignore the law and fuck 'em for helping spread COVID during the depths of the pandemic.
