Through the duration of the priority programme ‘Tropical Climate Variability & Coral Reefs’ (#SPP2299), we are striving to promote diversity and equal opportunities. Pictured here are our amazing female scientists. Across our ECR's, 66% of researchers are female, however females are still under-represented across broader science fields and higher career levels. Improving diversity across all career levels is essential to encourage the next generation of scientists. #representationmatters
