Great to see my colleagues excelling in #prompt-engineering. Key to find the right balance between machine and human. All texts are checked and edited for accuracy, human intervention not a bug, but a feature. GPT not yet reliable enough to run on its own, yet well capable identifying and highlighting the gist of the underlying work.

"In May 2022, #SpringerNature retracted a paper for the first time over suspicions that some of the authorships were paid-for, after investigating a tip-off from [Anna] Abalkina. It has since retracted 11 papers in a further 5 journals over similar concerns. More investigations are under way.
“We have a zero-tolerance approach,” says [Tim] Kersjes. “It’s a matter about integrity and reliability of the public record”."
