When I vote yes on #SQ820 today, I will be thinking of the clients who I have defended on ridiculous, racist, and inhumane #marijuana charges over the years (in both civilian and military courts).

A few times I was able to get charged dismissed (most often due to evidentiary issues) but more often my client was stuck taking a plea deal to avoid worse consequences. SQ820 will mean that some of these folks (at least on the civilian side of things) will be able to get their records cleared.

Oklahoma, polls are open until 7:00 PM. Go Vote.
