So today started with a customer raising a sev 1 bug (emergency) following the latest upgrade.
Turns out a critical/central set of app data is fetched from the database.
Design flaw #1: The first row is a “template” row that is used to display subsequent rows.
Design flaw #2: There is no “order by” in the SELECT clause in the backend.
The recent upgrade modified the template row. Now it doesn’t always come back as the first row any more.
