And for better and worse, I did all the initial patch updates, packaging, building, testing, etc. on the #pinephone itself using the #squeekboard on-screen keyboard, fish shell, sbuild and #emacs.

It was a little rough at times with the small screen and limited keyboard, but it felt like the right thing to do, at least in some bizarre sense. Kind of an ouroboros of a development workflow.

Though the packages I just published, I'll admit I used my laptop to polish it up a little cleaner!

Before I fall a sleep, one more comment on the @ManjaroLinux image for the #PinePhone with #Phosh that ships #Anbox preinstalled. It’s really nice that they did that, but given that the network is broken unless you fix it with these three commands once Anbox is up, #squeekboard not working with Anbox, the filemanager not accessing /home/user and adb being currently broken on Manjaro, Anbox is useless since you can’t really install any apps. Nice idea, but.. sigh.

The #anbox keyboard issue in #Phosh can be fixed by replacing #Squeekboard with #virtboard, as described here https://source.puri.sm/Librem5/squeekboard/-/issues/218
