Coming off an #ssri as I've been on two at max for quite some time, planning to up #vortioxetine when its safe and get rid of #fluoxetine. Currently made it to 0mg fluoxetine and my god is the world painful! Desperate to get my levels balanced again when I can increase my vortioxitine.

I love my #SSRI

Like, life is still difficult at times, and I 100% self diagnose as #AuDHD ever since I learned what it feels like as an adult, which puts my normally easy mode life into… well… easy mode but with fewer QOL mods.

But even my worst days on #Cymbalta have been on par with an average day before.

Ah, the joy of #ADHD paralysis... Been trying to get dressed and go to the store for hours, but my brain/body just won't cooperate... I'm not sure if it's just not being cloaked as much by anxiety and depression anymore, or if my ADHD has become worse after starting #SSRI... I was feeling good that the worst of the side-effects had subsided and the anxiety had started to feel manageable, but now it feels like I've traded one paralysis for another...

Hier gibt es neue Erkenntnisse, dass der Wirkmechanismus von SSRI wahrscheinlich ebenfalls in der Erhöhung der Neuroplastizität liegt wie bei Ketamin, was wiederum nur etwas nützt, wenn es positive Impulse von außen gibt.

Man wusste ja seit einer Weile nicht mehr, warum SSRI überhaupt wirken.

So now I'm thinking it's a heat rash from the extra sweating caused by Duloxetine. It's showing up in places that get extra hot while sleeping, like behind the knees & my neck and chest.

Has anyone had similar issues with an SSRI? I just read about a similar problem with guanfacine.

Or is this just a new LC symptom that's decided to show up?
