Ganz fit war er nicht mehr, seine Blütezeit dürfte auch schon vorbei sein. Dennoch habe ich ihn ausgiebig geknipst und gefilmt und mit Hilfe eines Spaziergängers aufgepasst, dass er nicht zu Schaden kommt. Am Ende haben wir ihn vorsichtig auf eine Ast hochgehoben und auf der anderen Wegseite abgesetzt. ☺️

Erste Begegnung
Da habe ich gestern auf dem Rückweg zum Auto am #LaacherSee aber nicht schlecht geschaut. Als kleines Kind wollte ich unbedingt einmal Hirschkäfer sehen, es war mir aber nie vergönnt. Und gestern krabbelt mir dieses durchaus stattliche Kerlchen quasi vor die Füße. 😯

Das kleine Kind hat einfach so bei der Terrasse einen #Hirschkäfer gefangen. 🥰 Mit der #Becherlupe, die vor ein paar Jahren ein Geschenk vom Kindergarten war.
Laut Wikipedia ist das die Ausprägung "Hungermännchen" mit kleinerem #Geweih. Das ist tragisch, andererseits schön, die es die hier in der #Stadt überhaupt gibt!
Dieses Exemplar ist ca 4,5 cm lang. Wir haben Fotos gemacht und ihn dann wieder freigelassen.

Silly Lautrec almost got herself thrown out. She was hidden so well that I did not find her when I was cleaning her tank out. Luckily, realised and located her after I'd removed 90% of her substrate. I am a #writer of #darkfantasy stories who is currently redrafting my first novel. I am also one half of @GetStrange42 - an #thexfiles rewatch podcast.
