Attempting to sooth my deep craving for more #goodomens2 now includes watching #staged, the (to me) previously unknown show, set and shot during the actual lockdowns in spring 2020, via zoom calls. It's an unexpected window into other people's lockdown experiences for me. The participants are actors playing heightened versions of themselves, but doing so in their own homes on their own computers - similar to what US late night tv hosts did.

estaba pensando que últimamente Plex también está haciendo cambios que no molan, para acercarse a lo que hacen los streamers. Por ejemplo, ahora te pone el capi en pequeño durante los créditos finales para que si quieres le puedas dar al siguiente (Apple y Disney también lo hacen, LO ODIO), lo peor es que a veces hay escenas durante los créditos (ej. en #Staged siempre hay un gag final que dispara alguna pistola de Chekhov del capi 🤣) y es un rollo tener que hacer algo PARA SEGUIR VIÉNDOLO BIEN.

de momento no hemos visto más (he dicho “mi visionado” pero @Savior1980 está haciendo un rewatch conmigo 🥰), pero 10 me está pareciendo “poco Tennant” 😒 (recordatorio de que mi obsesión con Tennant viene de #GoodOmens y #Staged, quería ver su #DoctorWho histriónico) @Savior1980 dice que toda la temporada 2 es así y que empieza a soltarse en la 3… esto va a ser duro!!! 😅

entre ayer y hoy hemos visto la segunda de #IsitCake y me ha gustado mucho. Y ayer me enteré de que han hecho un #NailedIt serializado (son 10 concursantes y van eliminando, en lugar de 3 nuevos cada programa), sería mi próxima opción para pasar el rato (adoro #NailedIt en todas sus versiones, incluso la ES!) pero @Savior1980 no soporta las megacagadas de los concursantes, así que lo tendré que ver yo sola (después de #Staged y de #TheBear, que por fin llega mañana… HE AGUANTADO!!! ✌🏼).

estoy viendo #Staged, es muy divertida pero el 2x07 es peak comedy.

hemos acabado #StarTrekStrangeNewWorlds (WTF?) y empezado la nueva temporada de #OnlyMurdersInTheBuilding (mola mil, como siempre)… y yo he terminado la primera temporada de #Staged (muuuy divertida!).

Getting more #IneffableHusbands fix in this weird lockdown series. Somehow missed it when it was fresh but it's cracking me up. David is wearing that adorable headband!

Good Omens season 1 was awesome, though I didn't care too much for season 2.

@deonandan Georgia’s fab. Highly recommend the series #Staged which has both her and David in it playing ‘versions’ of themselves in lockdown.
She also acted in an episode of #DoctorWho during David’s tenure.

@Maitai actually I did catch the first episode of Good Omens the other day and I was trying to decide if I should go back to it…I really loved #Staged which is also David Tenant and Michael Sheen.

Enjoyed series 3 of Staged on BBC IPlayer - a great and clever final series. Hilarious, subversive and unpredictable with awesome performances!
