Ahh, 2 hours of training on administering a standardized test I probably won’t be involved with but if I am. But if someone is sick and I get pulled in, I better not screw it up somehow or the state government will spend 6 months investigating me and possibly ding my professional certificate. It's different from subject matter comprehension. or knowledge which is the main problem with using these tests in a primary or secondary academic setting.
