@Geri Had absolutely the same thing happen with my ISP (before I changed to Sky). They don't expect people to challenge them. Worked like a charm. I had to push a little harder to get past the frontline staff but the seniors are so alarmed when they have to talk to someone they fold like a thing that folds easily.
