Irrespective of #BBCScotland Sportscene presenters' personal political views, what a gesture it would be if they were to #StandWithGaryLineker #supportfreespeech and stand back from presenting Scotland's #MOTD sister programme.

While it would be nice if the general public turned against the Tories because of their cruel policies, rather than their dumb treatment of national treasures, the end result is the same, and that's all that matters for now. #StandWithGaryLineker
