Anybody see #StanleyTucci series travelling around Italy? Tried a Courgette/Zuccini spaghetti recipe that was featured - wow! Seriously yum, simple, .. and cheap!
- Strips of courgette (3 should do) deep fried in Sunflower oil - leave to cool in fridge overnight.
- Next day heat in a pan with a knob of butter.
- Add Spaghetti
- Serve with grated Parmesan and Basil garnish.
