Week 3 for #dungeon23
This one was a little harder to figure out how to make the location gameable. It is the home of the main antagonists for the ring's surface. They are a pre-spaceflight military society with a brutalist, WW2 inspired architecture.

I've begun with some exploration of an island. I'll spend a month or so fleshing out the surface of the inner ring, before delving down into its depths.
